Property Listings

Real estate listing site for a property agency. Visitors search and filter properties, browse photo galleries, and see each listing on a map, while agents use a dashboard to publish new properties, update availability, and follow up on inquiries that come in through the site.

  • React
  • Node.js
  • MongoDB

01

The problem

A property agency listed properties on third-party portals only, paying for every listing and sending all of its traffic to someone else's website. Its own site was a brochure with no search, and agents had no way to publish or update properties themselves.

02

The solution

I built a listing site with a React front end and a Node.js API on MongoDB. Visitors search and filter properties, browse photo galleries, and see each listing on a map, while agents use a dashboard to publish new properties, update availability, and manage inquiries that come in through the site.

03

The result

The agency now owns its listings and its traffic, agents publish properties in minutes without going through a developer, and inquiries arrive with the property and the visitor's details attached instead of as anonymous phone calls.
