Loyalty Rewards

A local shop wanted more repeat visits and was using printed stamp cards that customers lost, forgot, or never redeemed. The shop had no idea who its regulars were or whether the program was working at all.

I built a digital loyalty program with a React app on Supabase. Customers collect points or stamps with each purchase and redeem rewards from their phone, the shop defines the rules and rewards, and a simple dashboard shows who is coming back and how often. Stripe handles paid rewards and gift balances.

Customers stopped losing cards and started redeeming rewards, and the shop finally had data on its regulars to plan promotions around. The program runs without printing or manual stamping.
