Founder SaaS MVP
Production-ready SaaS built from scratch for a solo founder who needed to launch fast. It covers authentication and team accounts, a customer dashboard, an internal admin panel, and a clean responsive UI on Next.js and Supabase, so the founder could onboard real users and iterate without rebuilding.
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Supabase
- Tailwind CSS

01
The problem
A solo founder had validated an idea with a waitlist and a deck, but had no product. They needed something real users could sign up for and pay for within a few weeks, not a prototype that would have to be thrown away once the first customers arrived. Budget and time were tight, and the founder had to be able to run and extend the product without a full-time engineer.
02
The solution
I built the MVP on Next.js and Supabase, choosing boring, well-documented pieces so the founder could maintain it later. Authentication and team accounts, a customer dashboard for the core workflow, an internal admin panel to manage users and plans, and a clean Tailwind UI were all in place at launch. I kept the schema simple, wrote row-level security rules from the start, and documented how each part works so the founder could bring in help later.
03
The result
The founder launched to their waitlist with a product that worked on day one and did not need to be rebuilt as users came in. Because the foundations were solid, later features were added on top instead of around workarounds, and the founder handles everyday operations from the admin panel without touching code.
